Jeremy Moss wins re-election, named President Pro Tem

Congratulations to Senator Jeremy Moss on his re-election to the Michigan Senate and being selected as President Pro Tem for the upcoming term.

Moss earned his Bachelor’s degree in journalism with an additional major in political science from Michigan State University in 2008. As a student, he spent time studying in South Africa completing a program on race relations. His time in South Africa was spent helping to build and establish a children’s center to assist at-risk children orphaned by HIV/AIDS.

Following his academic success at MSU, Jeremy won election to the Southfield City Council at the age of 25, in 2011. In 2014, he successfully won election to the Michigan House of Representatives where he served three terms. In 2018 he successfully won re-election to the Michigan State Senate representing the current 11th State Senate District.
